To keep our clients safe, we abide by the following health and safety measures:
CHATS (North of Steeles)
Clients and drivers travelling in CHATS iRIDE vehicles are required to abide by the following requirements;
Drivers
Drivers in CHATS iRIDE vehicles are required to wear a mask.
Clients
CHATS iRIDE vehicles are a mask-friendly environment for clients. Clients with no symptoms can choose whether or not to wear a mask. There will be no ride refusals for a client not wanting to wear a mask. Clients showing any signs of COVID, flu, etc. will still need to wear a mask.
Circle of Care (South of Steeles)
Clients and drivers travelling in Circle of Care iRIDE vehicles are required to abide by the following requirements;
Drivers
Drivers in Circle of Care iRIDE vehicles are not required to wear a mask; however, wearing a mask is still strongly encouraged. Drivers will continue to drive with at least one window 1-2 inches open to ensure air flow. Drivers will also continue to sanitize their vehicles in between rides.
Clients
Circle of Care iRIDE vehicles are a mask-friendly environment for clients. Clients with no symptoms can choose whether or not to wear a mask. There will be no ride refusals for a client not wanting to wear a mask. Clients showing any signs of COVID, flu, etc. will still need to wear a mask.
